主要业绩:
主要从事钢中非金属夹杂物相关研究。在基础理论方面,完善了实际钢种中夹杂物控制热力学,构建了多元体系下夹杂物反应耦合计算模型,预测了全连铸过程连铸坯中夹杂物成分的三维分布预报。在技术应用方面,形成了一套高品质钢全流程中非金属夹杂物精准控制的集成关键技术,成果应用于多家钢铁公司,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。
先后入国家级青年人才计划、选中国科协青年人才托举工程、人社部博士后创新人才支持计划、教育部全国高校黄大年式教师团队。出版第一作者学术专著1部,发表第一/通讯作者SCI期刊论文60余篇,第一/通讯作者中文核心期刊论文10余篇,授权专利和软件著作权10余项。获得省部级一等奖4项,担任5个期刊的编委或青年编委,担任4个学会的分会委员,担任国内外内会主持和邀请报告20余次。指导员工获国家级竞赛奖励4项、校级奖励3项。
